- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Was helped by a friendly older woman who helped me out despite me having a bad day and not only being a tad late, but forgetting an important document! she understood that I lived a ways off, and let the next person to take over her shift know so that I could be helped when I returned later. The woman was amazingly friendly and helpful the entire time, even striking up conversation. I do have a family member who claimed their experiences here weren't quite as good, but I suppose it really just depends.By FlowingDepths, September 09, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am only giving one star because it won't allow me to give them zero stars. The ladies working there need to be fired!! The most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met!! My husband and I walked in to renew our drivers license and as soon as we walked in ( before closing) we were told they weren't going to help us because they are closing soon.. I have never felt more disrespected or unimportant. Learn some customer service people or get a job where you don't have to work with the public!!By Kaitlin McCowen, March 25, 2017
